                   Cross Country Voluntary Summer Conditioning

                    

May 25th – July 8th

Up until July 8th, runners are going to run on your own. We encourage you to run with fellow runners. Beginners will do 30 minute aerobic runs three days a week and advanced runners 40-50 minute aerobic runs four times a week. You can always do more. This is the beginning of the base training phase which is essential for our success.

July 9th – August 3rd

Practice will be 5 days a week 8—10ish in the morning. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we will meet at Griggs Sports Complex on Fairgrounds and Florida in the northeast corner of the parking lot. You must have a physical to participate in team conditioning dated after April 1. Please bring your own water and appropriate running shoes.
